Ingredients for 2 people:
· 100 gr of wholemeal flour
· 2 eggs
· 200 ml milk of choice
· Baking powder
Method:
· Separate egg whites from egg yolks;
· Mix the egg yolks with milk, flour and baking powder;
· Whisk the egg whites until firm;
· Mix all the ingredients together and cook the pancakes on a non-stick pan
Advice: top them with some plain greek yoghurt, fresh fruit and a tablespoon of maple syrup.
